| The potter, Roger Little, is one of the highlights of Boscastle. Everything in his shop is hand-thrown by himself or his son Tim (in back). We bought some unsual mocha wine glasses from him and got them home safely. | A shower caught us in the pottery. Nikki and Bob wait outside for it to let up. |

| The picturesque village of Boscastle is tucked between the hills behind Nikki. | We got a hot tea at a little tea room, and enjoyed it and our sandwiches in warm sunshine. |

| Looking over the tea room wall, a couple of tourists stroll down towards the harbor. | The famous Witchcraft Museum is quite near the tea room. |

Nikki and I walked all the way out to the headlands at the end of the harbor. Once you get out there, it takes some clambering to get to a good vantage spot.
|
This is the classic view of Boscastle, the one you see in tourist guides. I took this from the far headlands. |

Port Isaac, Cornwall, England

| This is a two-way street in Port Isaac. | Touted as the smallest lane in the world, this street has house doors opening onto it that have street addresses. |

| Bob walks the smallest lane. Note the door on the right. | Nikki walks to her car at low tide. At high tide, this parking lot is under water. It pays to read the tide tables. |
| Crantock Beach, Cornwall, England | |

| Nikki and I and Amber take a walk on the moors above Crantock beach. | At low tide, we could get down to the beach by a steep trail here. It was a lot of fun. |

| It took some rock-hoppin at the bottom of the cliff trail to actually get to the sand beach. | The tide is fairly well in here. When it's out, Crantock is a huge beach. |

| Morning sun picks out the beach cliffs and the moors beyond. | Compare to photo above. The beach has grown! |
